Meet Nicole

Nicole Garner is a Washington, DC metropolitan area native.  She studied Information Technology (IT) at Bowie State University and went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology.  Nicole's IT career began as a database developer building database solutions for clients in the DC area.  Over the years, she developed a knack for assessing client needs and working with teams to provide recommendations and implement sound solutions.

Nicole took the same skill-set she perfected while working in IT and coupled it with her long-term passion for real estate to build a successful career as an agent.  As someone who has been engaged in all aspects of real estate transactions she understands the goals and approach from all sides.  Her unique perspective allows her to negotiate the best deals quickly and effectively for her clients.  She understands the challenges, excitement and inevitable sense of accomplishment that comes from two-parties successfully closing a deal.
 
Nicole is a self-proclaimed foodie and loves to travel.  She has lived in various cities in the metro area and brings a wealth of knowledge about those markets and more to her clients.

Nicole is licensed in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. She maintains a host of nationally recognized real estate designation and certifications.
